The 74th edition of IndieRE produced by Radio Corax mainly features artists playing on the »Rage Generation Festival« an event that is planned to happen this september in Halle (Saale). After diving a bit in the lineup we continue with more releases from Halle. This episode discovers local artists with styles & aesthetics that seem to derive from MTV.

We tune in with a aong about Halle-Neustadt by Sorry3000. This brings us to a place where the Rage Generation Festival will happen. The Episode features an interview with Leonie from The Jeals who is planning the »Rage Generation Festival« at Angersdorfer Teiche in Halle-Neustadt. We will guide you through a few highlights of the festival, for example the headliner, a presumed dead band called ITCHY, who are very alive and raise nostalgic teeange rock feelings. We leave the stream of the Rage Generation mills and continue with more halle-based bands from different genres. SHORT BIO OF THE JOURNALISTS:
Luise moved to Halle to volunteer as a technician at Radio Corax, after that she started and graduated a job education as an audio-visual editor. Besides running three radio shows she plays guitar and sings in two punk bands.
Joshi works as a social worker, but has been active in the independent music scene as a booker, stage manager, DJ and live technician for more than 15 years now. He took his first steps into radio around 2012/13 at Radio Marš in Slovenia.

LxU’s music brings the urban vibes of Halle into the sound of his generation. Genrefluid floating somewhere in the hip-hop zone waving between ambient- and hyperpop, maybe in the future there will be a a specific defintion for that style, but who cares?
Lethargy is a condition that you drift into when you are trying to graduate, make plans for an unplannable future and just enjoying your youth, at the same time. No matter how hard you try, it won’t be enough & you will end up feeling insufficient & lazy. But in the end LxU graduated, became a great studio technician, and his lethenergy created this song. So if you can relate with it, lethargic might make you feel a little better and help to deal with the diffuse pressure from the future.
