indieRE 75 by Near FM Dublin https://indiere.eu/
Produced by Neil Farrelly
In this edition of IndieRE from Near FM we hear the latest music from across the island of Ireland. With an emphasis on experimental electronic music we hear from SPOOKLET, Coolgirl<Natalia Beylis and Northern Irish duo Saint Sister, who fuse traditional Irish influences with synthesisers. Also from Northern Ireland Gender Chores take down the patriarchy with their up front punk rock. We also hear some Irish hip-hop from Curtisy & Walshy as well as a couple of songs from Soft Boy Records co-founder Kojaque, who brings us a nostalgic look at growing up in Dublin’s working class neighbourhood Cabra. With lots more besides, this episode shows the strength and diversity of the creative output of Irelands independent music scene.
